1957 Gibson J-50
The J-50 is one of Gibson's most popular acoustic guitar models, and this one sounds as good as they get. It has amazing tone, loud and sweet and chimey. A natural finish, round-shoulder dreadnought, it has a solid spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides. It's all-original except for the tuners (the original tuners are in the case). It has a comfortable, round neck; slightly chunky but definitely not oversized. It's in very good condition with lots of playwear. There are some spots of nail polish on the top where the original owner attempted some touch-up work. Price includes non-original hard case. (detail - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6)
$3995

Shiny sunburst finish and very clean for its age. It's in very good condition with some finish checks, dings and scratches, and a top crack from the bottom of the body to the bridge. There are some strap impressions in the finish. Price includes original chipboard case.
