1969 Epiphone E422T Century
A non-cutaway, thinline hollowbody in sunburst finish, with one P-90 pickup. It has a rosewood fingerboard with dot markers, 25 1/2" scale, a trapeze tailpiece, and Kluson Deluxe tuners. It is in excellent overall condition, with some small dings, and fine finish checking throughout. There is more checking on the front than the back, and the back was next to impossible to capture in picutres. The finish is slightly marred on the front top of the headstock. 2015 Non-Reverse Limited Edition Firebird at Pittsburgh Guitars

2015 Limited Edition Non-Reverse Firebird
Ebony finish on a Z-shaped solid mahogany body with gloss finish, and in excellent condition. It has a mahogany "Slim Taper" neck with rosewood fingerboard, dot inlays, and medium jumbo frets; Tune-o-Matic bridge with stop bar tailpiece; and two mini-humbucking pickups each with tone and volume controls. It is quite clean, with only a couple tiny dings -- nothing through the finish -- and the light surface scratches common on black guitars. The knobs have been changed to gold. And the tuning gears were once changed, and shadows of the old gears, and some screw holes, are visible. It now has the original mini-Grover gears. Cherry finish on a double cutaway, slab body, all original and oh-so-cool! It has two pickups, a wraparound bridge/tailpiece, and an unbound rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. This one never had the Maestro vibrato, so it has no extra screw holes. It's in very good condition, with lots of playwear, nicks, and finish checking. Fire Burst finish, made in the USA. It features a chambered mahogany body with maple top, rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays, vintage-style tuners with pearloid buttons, two humbucking pickups with 3-way switching, and chrome hardware. It is in very good condition, and has some wear, with light scratches and dings, and finish chips, mostly around the edges. Price includes non-original hard case. Wine red, made in the USA, and in very good condition. Features include two humbucking pickups with 3-way switching, a rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays, and chrome hardware. It has a number of scrapes and scratches.At least one of the tuners was changed at some point, and there is an extra screw hole visible above the correct gear. It has some belt buckle rash on the back, and a number of chips in the finish, especially around the edges. Price includes non-original hard case. 2005 Fender Deluxe Player's Strat at Pittsburgh Guitars

1980 Lead II
Manufactured between 1979 and 1982, and manufactured in Fullerton, California USA. In a transparent-wine red finish, features include a bolt-on neck, rosewood fingerboard with dot markers, two single coil pickups with 3-way switching, and a two-position phase shift switch. It has a 3-ply BWB pickguard, strings-thru-body construction, and chrome-plated hardware. It's in very good condition, with a number of dings and scratches, and a slight stress crack in the finish near the neck plate. And it's really comfortable to play! Price includes hard Gator case. We don't use the word "mint" lightly, but this guitar is in like-new condition, complete with hang-tags and plastic on control plates. It was purchased new and never played, and it is perfect. Features include black finish on an alder body, maple neck with Modern "C" shape and maple fingerboard, three Standard single-coil Strat pickups with 5-way switching, and chrome hardware. 1966 Silvertone 1452 Amp-in-Case Model at Pittsburgh Guitars

1996 Paul Reed Smith Santana
This limited production model reproduces Carlos Santana's original PRS guitar. Every aspect of the model was approved by Santana, from the shape of the neck to the sound of the pickups. In Santana Yellow finish, from the second year of issue, this guitar's features include the PRS pre-1985 body shape, a 24 fret mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard and rippled abalone bird inlays. It has an East Coast maple top accented by paua shell inlays, and a mahogany back. The headstock decoration includes the PRS Headstock Eagle and OM symbol inlayed on the truss rod cover. It has two Santana zebra coil pickups, a volume and tone controls, and 2 mini-switch pickup selectors. Mini-Schaller tuning gears and PRS tremolo complete the package. This guitar is in excellent condition, and it is beautiful! It shows limited playwear, extremely minimal fretwear, no finish chips, and only very light surface scratches. 1968 Rickenbacker 325 in Jetglo at Pittsburgh Guitars

1968 Rickenbacker 325
This 3/4 scale Ric is about as Beatle-esque as you can get, made famous by John Lennon's use of the model. It features a thin, hollow, double-cutaway body, 3 pickups, 5 knobs, and a whole lot of mojo! It came to us with a poor, amateur refinish; we had it professionally redone, and looks beautiful. It has an added period Bigsby. All other parts are original with the exception of the bridge and bridgeplate. The fingerboard finish is cracked, and there is fret wear, but it still plays cleanly. The rest of it is a clean, glossy black! Price includes recent hard Ric case.

1968 Rickenbacker 325 in Jetglo at Pittsburgh Guitars

1963 Rickenbacker 625
A very cool solid-body electric from May of 1963, and one of only 70 made in Fireglo finish that year. This model features Rickenbacker's famous 'Cresting Wave' cutaway maple body, a rosewood fingerboard with iconic triangular pearloid inlay markers, and both mono and stereo output. It is almost all original -- finish, wiring harness (the pot codes date 1962 and 1963), even an early "Ac'cent by Paul" plate on the vibrato. We got it with HB1 pickups, used by Rickenbacker in the 380 Laguna and 650 models. We have replaced them with c.1990s Toaster pickups.  Additionally, we found an appropriate black switch tip, which was added after the pictures were taken. We'll include either or both with the guitar! This guitar is in very good condition, with loads of honest playwear. It has dings and scratches, and some bare wood in the places you would expect it. The fingerboard finish is worn, but the original small frets have plenty of life left. The pickup cavities were, at some point, routed for depth -- we have no explanation. And it is missing the bridge cover. The neck is straight and it plays even and easy. Overall, a great vintage Rickenbacker with a very cool vibe! Price includes what we belive to be the original hard case.

Sunburst finish on a thinline body with arched top and back, made in Sweden. It has a double-bound body, two Hagstrom single coil pickups with individual volume and tone controls, and 3-way switching. The neck has a low, comfortable profile, and it plays great. It's in excellent overall condition, with some light scuff marks and a couple small dings and finish checks. Price includes equally clean original chipboard case. 1966 Silvertone 1452 Amp-in-Case
Made in the USA, in redburst finish, this is the less-often seen 2-pickup solid body electric with tremolo. The 1452 was the last Danelectro-made Silvertone, and this one is a fine example. It has two lipstick pickups each with its own tone and volume control, steel reinforced neck with a rosewood fingerboard with dot markers, and the amp built right into the case. Everything is original and works perfectly. The guitar is quite clean, with a couple small dings, mostly around the headstock, and some scuff marks on the side and bottom. The outside of the case edges show some wear; the latches and hinges work perfectly and the handle is secure. (picture - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 - 15 - 16)

Yellow finish on a solid obeche (African basswood) body, rosewood fretboard with pearloid dot inlays, made in the USA. Other features include 2 P-90 pickups with 3-way switching, tone and volume controls, and vintage-style tuners. It has a 24 1/2" scale. And it's in excellent condition, with two dings on the top of the headstock, a small scuff mark on the front, and some belt buckle impressions on the back that do now show up in pictures -- none through the finish. Key to Descriptions

Before we sell any used instrument, we send it through our repair shop for a complete set up. But because they're used, we've worked out the following descriptions to let you know how used they are. We'll be happy to give you more information via phone or email.

Mint Condition--like new, no wear
Excellent condition
--some play wear, maybe some small dings or light surface scratches
Very good condition
--a few scratches, some dings and/or lacquer chips, but structurally sound, normal play wear
Good condition--structurally sound, has been played a lot, some repairs or cosmetic flaws possible
Fair condition--a well-loved guitar, may have some problems, but we'll describe them as accurately as possible
